Text messages and vehicle-reg lookups are bought as pay-as-you-go credit packs on top of your plan, so you only pay for what you use. Bookings are never blocked if you run low — you'll just be prompted to top up.
Common questions
Is there really no VAT?
Correct — no VAT is added to your subscription or credit packs. The price you see is the price you pay.
Am I tied into a contract?
No long contract. It's a monthly subscription.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The full package supports your own domain; the rollout for custom domains follows shortly after launch.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your garage has its own isolated database. You can request an export at any time, and we delete your data on request after you leave.
Do you do MOT reminders?
Yes — automatic MOT and service reminders by email and SMS are built in.
